Pours dark brown with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, oat and coffee. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long chocolate, roasted and coffee finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is fizzy

Opaque dark brown beer, big pale tan head. Palate is semi dry and mildly crisp. Tangy thin dark malts, some cereal sweetness. Trace of coffee. Modest tangy dark fruits before a light dry finish. Okay.

Bottled@NK Bar, Stockholm. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is roasted, nutty, some ashy and mild liquorice and some toffee. Flavour is ashy, roasted, some coffee and mild toffeeish notes. Nice coffeeish and somewhat sweet malty finish.

Bottle @ nk bar. Almost black in color with a thick creamy espresso head. Licorice, ashy, coffee notes. Tobacco. Flavor has ash, cold coffee, roastedness, dryness. Interesting stout, very dry and ashy.

Bottle at NK Bar. Dark brown color, good beige head. Licorice, coffee in the nose. Medium-bodied. Soft palate. Coffee, toasted maltyness. Decent roast. Ok coffee stout.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap of bubbles. Nose carries a pinch of plastic, dark fruit, chocolate, light roast. Taste comprises milk chocolate, biscuit, toffee, light spice, toasted brown sugar. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a touch of hops. Ok stout.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, and bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of chocolate, roasted malt, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Beerbliotek American Oat Stout ].Clear dark black brown color with a large, open and frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, oat, dark malt, moderate chocolate and coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, chocolate, sweet malt, dark malt, malt bitter, burnt . hard roasted, oat. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to light lively. [20150425]
