Inspired by the light delicate beer from Japan, Serenity is our first beer with made with the addition of rice to the grist. The rice makes this beer very pale and light in character, while the addition of Wakatu hops from New Zealand provide a refreshing citrus flavour with a hint of vanilla.

Tap@Eebria Tap, Bermondsey, London - Golden pour with white head. Fruiry and light pale malty with some tropical fruity notes, some lemon and grapefruit, delicate light hoppy, medium body, fruity hoppy finish.

Cask @ Three Pigeons, Halifax. Straw-blonde with a creamy head. Light and easy drinking with a similarly light hoppy character. Somewhat dry.
