Bottle: Poured a deep slightly hazy golden color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some pretty nice lacing. Aroma of Belgian yeast with nice refreshing floral malt notes. Taste is also domination by some nice floral Belgian malt with some nice attenuation from the yeast. Body is slightly too light for the style with some great carbonation. Very well done for the style with lots of character and definitely something I would wish to try again.

A tasty saison shared by Joebrew. Salty and spicy aroma. Flavor has some malt, fruit, spices, yeast, and more hops than usual for the style, but not so much that it is unrecognizable as a saison. Very nice appearance, hazy yellow, some sediment. Quite good for a style that Americans rarely do well.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a pale golden color with a small white head. The aroma was funky barnyard with an earthy element and light pepper. The flavor was dry , funky, barnyard, earthy and yeasty with a peppery finish.

Bottle from puzzl. Neon yellow-orange body, puffy off-white head. Rather dry, herbal aroma with crackers and light fruit. Spicy, soapy, herbal body, soft and rather delicate, with an emphasis on spices and light, sweet malt. Rather subtle, rather light, rather good.

750 cork and wire. Pours thick dark golden with a nice medium sized frothy head. Cannot see through it but still a beautiful translucence. Aroma is very present - farmhouse hay, nice fresh cut grass, citrusy malt zing. Taste is a bit subdued for the aroma. Losses some of the zing but picks up a nice bitterness. A bit heavy feeling and not as free and thirst quenching a I like my Saisons.. Finishes a bit dry with moderate bitterness.

An unclear yellow beer with a huge lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet and lovely spicy - especially with cloves and coriander, but also with a touch of citrus. The flavor is sweet citrusy and very spicy, coriander being strongest, as well as having a fruity touch of oranges, leading to a dry spicy end. Nice saison.

Pours a cloudy golden with a huge and lasting head - nice, zesty, spicy aroma of lemon, orange peel, white pepper and yeasty, slightly barnyardy farmhouse qualities - soft carbonation in the mouthfeel - very spicy, with light, citrusy sweetness - finish of belgian yeast and a hint of candi sugar - a decent american saison.
