Clear burnished gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Sweet malts but slightly thin in the mouthfeel. Peachy esters, quite pleasant, traces of banana, bubblegum and pear. Modest spice for a tripel. Light finish brings some mild dried fruits and mild citric peel. Light finish. Nice job from Mondo here. Surpasses many Belgian triples I’ve had.

Bottle shared@The Railway, Streatham, London (27062019) - light hazed golden pour with a white head. Sweet fruity and malty, some citrus fruity notes, touch of dried apricot some white sugar, sweet malty backing, yeasty linger into a fruity light spiced finish. Nice
