On tap at Pilot Project, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite heavily smoked upfront, with salt, spiciness, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is quite smoky, with lots of salt, fermented out agave, and smokiness. I don't think this works all that harmoniously. The carb is a bit too much, giving it this grainy character. Odd. Not fully convinced by this one.

On tap at Pilot Project. Pours golden with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong agave and lime zest. Slick body, cereal malt, agave, lime, salty finish, good.
