Player Two has joined the game! Pushing tiramisu to a rum-soaked fifth dimension was a task hand-drawn for the collaborative forces of Bottle Logic and J. Wakefield Brewing. This mischievous combination of in-brew Dulce De Leche with finishing additions of cassia bark + Cuban-roasted espresso beans on a rich porter base made for a thick, sticky, rum-barrel-aged kryptonite.

500ml bottle pours out dark brown almost black topped with a tan head. Nose is big roast malts coffee chocolate cinnamon some fudge. Tatse is more of the nice sweet malts chocolate brown sugar barrels vanilla coffee.

Bottle - pours dark brown/black tan head - nose and taste of cinnamon, espresso, chocolate, rum and coffee - thick, full bodied

Bottle shared. Black with no head. Aroma of cinnamon, caramel, molasses, fruity rum notes coming out, oak, chocolate, cacoa and fudge. Flavour is heavy sweet. Medium to full bodied with barely any carbonation.

Bottle courtesy of kermis, shared at Foeders with kind permission of Yuri. Black and flat. Big sweet deep roasted chocolate, roasted espresso bean, moccha dessert, burnt hazelnuts, maple notes, massive cinnamon, sweet rum and tobacco. Supersweet and strong bitter. Massive beer. Full bodied yet very supple and very low carbonation. Body could use some grease and carbonation but this is solid stuff.

Bottle shared massive thanks to kermis! Black with no head. Cinnamon, massive sweet chocolate, vanilla, rum, light spicy alcohol, toffee, fudge, licorice, light roast, alcohol, sweet pastry notes. Quite sweet with some alcoholic bitterness. Full bodied with slick feel and low carbonation. Lovely! With a bit of carbonation this would be even better but it’s lovely as it is.
