A blended wheat ale, aged in French oak barrels for 10 months, resting on B.C. apricots for 4 months and bottle conditioned with Saccharomyces Trois for additional fruitiness resulting in a subtle tropical aroma, a delicate balanced tartness, and a big juicy stone fruit flavor. Light and refreshing!

500ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy golden with almost no head. Aroma: some nice sweet and tart apricots, a bit of apricot. Taste: along the same lines, some wild notes, moderately acidic (but not over the top), nice apricots, and little sweetness, some oak. Overall: very good surprisingly, especially when you drink it with dregs, when it starts to remind the apricot jam.

500m bottle, pours an opaque cloudy dark golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is full of deep pitted apricots, some wild yeast, and oak. Flavour is juicy, with lots of juicy apricots, some gentle wild yeast, a hint of oak, and moderate acidity. Fairly juicy, nice wild yeast expression, and quite cohesive. Pretty solid really.

Poured from 500mL bottle (2021 vintage; single batch no. 24). Slightly hazed gold with small white head. Apricot, mild tartness, feint oak, decent.

This looks dull, maybe a bit apricotty. Not much head. On the nose, it's got lots of apricot, hints at tartness. It is a bit tart on the palate, a bit wheaty, and then there's a lot of apricot as well. It's pretty good, on the strength of the fruit character.
