Pinkish amber sort of colour. No head. Light black currant and sort of an almost cinnamon spiciness. Light tartness. The gentle, balanced fruitiness works, especially on a nice autumn day.

Poured from the tap. Clear ruby red with minimal off white head. Black currant with underlying chamomile. Okay.

On tap at Four Winds, pours a clear dark purpleish red with a small light pink head. Aroma is full of chamomile upfront, with subdued black currant and a little lacto. Flavour reveals tons of chamomile upfront, followed by black currant and gentle lacto that is mostly covered over by the fruit and spices. Dry and bright. Decent for what it is.
