Poured from 750mL bottle. Cloudy gold with small white head. Mild funk, pinot grapes come through, underlying tartness.

Hazy, beige. Light tartness. Hints of berry and stone fruit. I'm not super familiar with pinot blanc so the fruit's coming across as other things.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly acidic, with white wine grape skins, plenty of acidity, and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is quite acidic and messy, with lots of acidity, rustic notes and stone fruits. Seems a bit messy and lacking integration. It's alright.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF WITHOUT priceless Rachel's help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy pale golden with a white head. Aroma: funky, fermented grapes. Taste: same, a bit acidic than I would prefer. Overall: pretty good.
