473mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Lots of estery banana and cloves on the nose. Flavour has slightly thin esters, some lemongrass and ginger, wheaty malts. Clean and simple.

473 ml ca. Pours a hazy gold with light head. Aromas of earthy wheat, coriander, dusty lemon and ginger. Flavors follow same also bringing out the lemongrass and putting more emphasis on ginger. A nice witbier.

473ml can. Pours a hazy blonde with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Spicy aroma of wheat, ginger, coriander and floral hops. Spicy flavour of wheat, ginger, lemongrass, coriander, yeast and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a watery texture and average to soft carbonation. The ginger dominates, but it's still refreshing and crushable.

Can pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a cloudy bright yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out ginger, light lemongrass, and light coriander. Flavour is moderately spicy, with lemongrass, coriander, and ginger. Spicy, wheat and nicely constructed.

Poured from the tap. Fairly hazy yellow with small white head. Lots of lemongrass on the nose. Lemongrass and wheat with a relatively feint ginger note. Above average.

Pale dull yellow sort of colour, no head. The aroma has a lot of ginger, some esters. On the palate still gingery but not aggressively so. The malts are too dull and heavy, and overall it's too yeasty to stand with the class examples of the style. I wouldn't say it's a miss, but it's not a hit either.
