Pale, slight haze. Medium head. Easy going. Light salt, mellow wheat, light body. I don't get mushrooms but then I'm not super familiar with matsutake.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fungal, with lots of light saline notes and earthy mushroom notes. Flavour is full of saline, gentle mushroom notes, and a touch of lacto. Earthy, fungal, salty finish. Pleasant but nothing special.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: hazy blonde. Aroma: fruity, bugs. Taste: same. Overall: pretty good.
