Cask at JDW Sutton Coldfield - a very malty ale, sweet and a bit sickly, but a good meaty body giving it some substance.

Cask at the Old Manor (JDW), Bracknell. Hazy chestnut with a thin beige head; and a caramel aroma; smooth, creamy and full-bodied with some sour fruit flavours at first, then some earthy malts and nutty caramel; follwed by some gentle bitterness from leafy hops; which leave a dry finish. Rather good.
