[notes] Poured from bottle @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Clear-ish gold with small white head. Rosemary, saison yeast, okay.

Pale with a slight haze. Light body. Lots of rosemary. Yeasty, and lightly floral as well.

Bottle pour at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear amber brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out intense rosemary, rustic saison yeast and some bugs. Flavour is full on rosemary, with rustic saison yeast and mineraly notes. Lots of rosemary that somehow works well with the rustic saison yeast. Good.

A taster shared with Josh, Matt, Phill, and Ryan during FHF with priceless Rachel's (yup, again!) help in organizing all the mess with glasses. Appearance: a bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: perfumy, a bit sweet, some herbs. Taste: same, quite bitter. Overall: ok.
