500 ml bottle, batch #242, from Helgø Meny Maxi. ABV is 4.7%. Black colour, large to moderate tan head. Aroma of roast malts, dark chocolate, mild coffee. Smooth and fairly mild flavour of roast malts / roasted barley, mild coffee and hints of dark chocolate, fairly dry. Moderate hops, easy drinking. Nice beer.

Bottled, from Meny, Sogndal. Dark brown, small head. Chocolaty tobacco aroma. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Chocolate and tobacco, some caramel. Low bitterness. Mild and pleasant.

Bottle at home. Pours dark brown with huge beige-brown head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, a little medicine. Roasted bitter taste. Astringent, very high carbonation.

Bottle. The color is black with a small beige head. Aroma of nuts, aceton, coffee, BBQ-sauce, lactose and chocolate truffles. Flavor of rye bread, ash, coffee, dark chocolate and some aceton. Has a soft and silky mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A nice mix of sweet and roasted malt. A solid porter but a little too much aceton. Easy drinking.
