750ml @ Phill's. Appearance: hazy reddish with a bit of rose head. Aroma: some nice funk and manure, grapes. Taste: along the same lines, a bit bubbly and, thus, feels watery, a bit woody, with lots of pomace notes. Overall: nice, pretty complex, and refreshing.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Red with small pinkish white head. Nice vinous grape must. Solid all around beer.

Purplish, and a bit of haze. Not much head. It's got a lot of grape notes, with just a slight brett accent. On the palate, it's got a somewhat light body for a beer this strong, very grapey, a bit spritzy in the finish. Hits with a dry, woody accent. Not super complex, this one.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque cloudy dark burgundy with a small white head. Aroma is buggy and vinous, with lots of red grape skins, lots of bugs, and some oak barrels. Flavour is complex and cohesive, with lots of red grape skins, wild yeast, and oak. Wild, vinous and oaky. Excellent.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy purple with small pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is grape skin, oak, floral, yeast. Slick body, sweet grape, oak, vinous, light tartness, dry finish, enjoyed this.
