Dobis is one of our most beloved pale ales that starts with Citra and finishes with even more Citra!
This single hopped pale ale uses copious amounts of Citra hops to achieve a complex tasting experience. The Scottish Golden Promise malt presents a graham cracker like base for the Citra which infuses the brew with aromas of passion fruit, mango and peach and flavors of grapefruit rind and spice.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grassy, leafs, fresh hops, pine needles, lawn, citrus peel, bark, harsh.Taste is dry grassy, leafs, fresh hops, lawn, minerals, bark, pine needles, sap, citrus peel. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Can. Pours very hazy golden yellow, medium creamy off-white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is dank and potty. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, dank, pineapples. Light body.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session I, 01/05/2015. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is straw, melon, peach, grapefruit, skunky hop tones. Taste comprises pine resin, mandarin, grapefruit, tangerine, citric pithdom, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with dank hop strokes. Solid chug jus - all day drinker for me.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 1st session. Hazy yellow. Lovely tropical fruity hops aroma. Dry flavor of fruity hops, moderately bitter, slightly “green”.
