Dobis is one of our most beloved pale ales that starts with Citra and finishes with even more Citra!
This single hopped pale ale uses copious amounts of Citra hops to achieve a complex tasting experience. The Scottish Golden Promise malt presents a graham cracker like base for the Citra which infuses the brew with aromas of passion fruit, mango and peach and flavors of grapefruit rind and spice.

Tap@CBC2015, Yellow Session - golden pour with white head. Medley of citrus and tropical fruits, some great grapefruit, peachy and mandarin notes, fresh juicy and zesty, some pale malts, some grassy hops, leading to a bitter finish. Beautiful.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Yellow Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Cellarmaker Dobis P.A. ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, light to moderate hoppy, fruity, moderate yeasty, tropical fruit, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, tropical fruit, fruity, citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150501]

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Victoriagade. Pours hazy yellow / pale golden with a tiny offwhite head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, pineapple, star fruit, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, grape skins, lemon zest and hints of diesel fuel. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is crisp, tiny dry, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, passion fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives and lemon zest. Bright, hoppy and all in all lovely.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of light malt, grass, fresh fruity hops, peach, mango, citrus, light cats piss notes. Flavor is light malty, fresh hops, grassy, trpoical fruit, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, light bitter finish. Easy drinking and nicely refreshing. 010515

Mini Copenhagen bimble with rlgk and _Angst_. Mikkeller Vik. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tiny white head. Palate is light and semi dry with decent fine carbonation. Thin pale malts. Big herby skunk hops. Milder orange and orange pith and a trace of hop spice. Light finish. Nice.
