Bottle from Redh. Appearance - golden with a decent creamy head. Nose - caramel, light lemon and bready. Taste - bread and caramel, not really any citrus this time. Palate - light bodied and a bit sticky on the finish. Overall - a bit too sweet for this style.

Cask at the Crown, Horsell. 22/07/16. Slight hay aroma. Deep gold. Frothy frogspawn head. Medium bitter, hoppy. Very light bodied. Another one of those golds that is just not very interesting.

Cask at the Crown, Horsell. Pale amber with a thin white head; light malty aroma; light orangey citrus taste; then a dry biscuity finish. A pleasant summer ale - perfect for a Saturday afternoon in the garden.
