Gulbrun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter tørket frukt, aprikos, ananas og noe karamell. Middels minus i fylde. Middels bitterhet, sitrus, høy, noe søtlig honning noe pepperig. Middels lang.

0.33l bottle from lot 0215. Quite a pale almost straw yellow colored one, a little cloudiness and a lovely looking bright white super-lacing and lasting head on the top. On the nose I get quite a good amount of citrus. That combined with the yeasty and fruity saison touch. Lots of wheat sweetness without it being too sweet. Yeah, I like this aroma. Fresh and inviting. It tastes just like my homebrew saison #3 that I wasn't 100% happy with. It's quite dryish and almost papery in a way. By all means it's a fresh and tasty saison, but it's something g about the dryness that not working on my tongue. Really yeasty, almost a little grassy also. Surprisingly soft in the carbonation and it's mild oily in the mouth. You can also send the alcohol relatively easy, at least in the finish and aftertaste. Drinkable, but I doubt I'll be having this again. 28.03.2015

Hazy yellow color, steady white head. Grainy, grassy, some apricot fruityness. Light to medium-bodied. Sweetish grainy pale malty flavor. Honey and apricot. A bit harsh.

A really nice and tasty saison. One more please.
Unclear yellow golden color with a fine white head. Nice intensity in the aroma with yeast, citric and fruity notes. Medium + body and a fine carbonation. Nice acidity and a mellow sweetness. Ok lasting flavor with some yeast, citric, some spices and mild fruity.
