490ml can from Eight Days a Week Cool Muang, Chiang Mai. Best before 12/26. Poured an unclear golden orange colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is light herbal, mineral, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, crisp, earthy, herbal, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Nothing at all to write home about. Very average and disappointing if I’m honest.

LCI. Light easy pale, some fruit notes, a friend said pineapple, but more fruit salad to me. Nice maltiness.

Label claims Thai Spirit Industry as manufacturer Not much, whitish head over faintly orangey golden beer, lazy big bubbled. New World hops, citrus, exotic fruit, sweet malts, wet straw. Dryish, with flavours from Asian herbs. Finish has asafoetida, wet dog, almost bitterish. After some time, it gets a tad metallic, even cardboard backthroat. Probably medium bodied, bit slick, medium carbonation. Bit 'easy' beer, not very interesting. Txs to Joren & gang!
