Our American style IPA is fittingly strong and brash, unleashing full-on flavour. Washington native hops Willamette and Simcoe take centre stage to deliver a symphony of spicy floral bitterness, supported by a sweet malty backbone.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Hoppy aroma delivers an unuasual combination of fruity flavours: gooseberry, apricot, peach, cautious garlicky overtones. Taste is moderately sweet malty, fruity hoppy, notes of apricot, peach, some gooseberry, a peppery, spicy touch; grassy, slightly papery, bitter hoppy finish. Slightly flat and insipid mouthfeel, even though by all means at least averagely, yet ’backgroundish’ carbonated.
