We are continuing with our exploration of different yeast, with this trio of beers using Saturated yeast. We start with our classic grist of extra pale, oats and chit for a light, soft malt profile with plenty of body. We then wanted to bring together some of our favourites, Citra, Mosaic and BRU-1 to give lots of ripe tropical citrus fruits.

Can picked up at Ghost Whale Brixton and drunk at home (31/05/2022) - hazed up golden yellow with a white head. Tropical exotic fruity aroma and taste, soft sweet creamy malts, medium body, piney balanced bitter hoppy close. Nice.
