Black brown colour, slight white head. Aroma of hops, red fruits, fruity, floral, bread crust. Malty flavour, light(!) hops, quite sweet, earth. Quite dry. Bitter, astringent finish.

Cask(@Cock Tavern): Deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen and a small off-white foamy layer; bread-crusts and mild traces of sour dough in the nose, leafy hops detectable; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied expected; lingering herbal-hoppy and also a bit sourish-toasty finish. O.K., but not exciting...

Cask@Cock Tavern, London (RBESG) - brown pour with an off-white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and malty, not very mild like to my palate. Not sure on this.
