[ As Howling Hops Mild Ale (Single Hop Special) ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, light to moderate hoppy, grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, dusty malt, fruity, roasted, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20140806] 7-3-7-3-14 Cask (handpump) @ Cock Tavern, 315 Mare Street, Hackney, Greater London, England E8 1EJ. [ As Howling Hops Mild Ale (Special Mosaic) ].Clear medium to dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, grass, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, hoppy, roasted, pine, fruity hops, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. IMO: more like a Black IPA nice ;) [20141205] 7-3-7-3-15

Black brown colour, slight white head. Aroma of hops, red fruits, fruity, floral, bread crust. Malty flavour, light(!) hops, quite sweet, earth. Quite dry. Bitter, astringent finish.

Cask(@Cock Tavern): Deep amber coloured with a reddish sheen and a small off-white foamy layer; bread-crusts and mild traces of sour dough in the nose, leafy hops detectable; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied expected; lingering herbal-hoppy and also a bit sourish-toasty finish. O.K., but not exciting...

Cask at the cock tavern. RBESG. 09/08/2014 Murky brown light thin greyish head. Aroma is berry, brown malt, nice pine hop. Flavour is chalky mineral, brown sugar, earthy roast, . palate is light and tangy. Some berry and dried fruits.

Cask @ Cock Tavern, Hackney E18. Pours a dark brown color with a small off-white head. Has a roasted malty hoppy aroma. Roasted malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a roasted malty citrus hoppy caramel finish.

Cask@Cock Tavern, London (RBESG) - brown pour with an off-white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and malty, not very mild like to my palate. Not sure on this.

Cask at the Cock Tavern, RBESG
Clear brown with a small beige head, some lacing. Aroma and tastes of dark malts and soy sauce
Pretty bad

Cask at Cock Tavern. Very dark brown to black color with a nice dark red glare coming through, white head that leaves good lacing. Smell and taste malts, a hint of yeast, some roast, lightly butter. Average body and carbonation.
