Overtone x Bleed From Within
We have once again collaborated with Glasgow’s favourite metal band, Bleed From Within. This time we brewed a super sessionable pale ale to pair perfectly with their new vinyl release of their 2022 album Shrine.
Hops: Cryo Pop (hop blend from Yakima Chief), Citra Cryo, Citra, Simcoe.

Tap@Mikkeller&Friends (post St Andrews Day TTO 02/12/2022) - Fresh and juicy fruity aroma and taste with a cross section of tropical fruit delivered, pale malty support, balanced bitter piney hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon, mango, celery and plain crisps. Flavour of grass, lemon zest and papery malt. Thin to medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Dry and pithy.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - milky, murky yellow to orange. Thin quickly disappearing head. Nose - dried apricot, mango skin and orange peel. Generally dank. Taste - green hop bitterness up front, then more of the mango and orange peel. Palate - medium bodied, starts sweet then very bitter. Overall - again, green hop is a problem. Too much when it is young and probably peaking at BBD.
