Bottle. Reddish amber, golden cream. Mango and pine hop aroma. Medium body, light chewyness, dry metallic mouthfeel, resiny stickyness. Light caramel roast, I would like a tad more maltiness to balance the agressive tropical and pine resin hops.

22oz bomber poured into a shaker. Pours orange with about a finger of white head. Aroma is very malt-oriented. Lots of bready caramel with minimal citrus hops. Taste is lightly bitter. Bready citrus hops with some caramel on the back end. Medium bodied with a somewhat slick texture. Lively carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, better than I though it would be. I would drink this again.

Sampled from a 22 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright caramel color with a medium sized creamy orange-white head that left great lacing. The aroma was musty and a bit perfumey with hints of bread and band-aid. The flavor was dryish and nutty with faint caramel, band-aid and a medicinal undertone. Medium length finish and medium body. Eh.

From tap at Taphouse Grill. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, light citrusy and toasted malty. Bitter, fruity and light toasted malty flavoured. Bitter and light citrusy finish.

Hazy amber-red. Not much head. Has an earthy-spicy aroma with caramel accents. Quite earthy, a little bit caramelly. The body is quite light. Decent for the style, going after the African Amber market I guess.

Tap @ Fox Sports Seattle. Burnt orange appearance with a white head. Mildly piney, herbal, earthy hoppy, sweet pale malty nose. Easy dining, moderately piney, earthy hoppy flavor with a pretty sweet pale malty backbone. Pretty good pale ale.
