Bottle. Golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is funk, some tart fruits, mild wood, a bit wine-like elements with some citrus as well. Flavour is lemon, some funk, wood, mild wine-like tones with some herbal tones. Quite in a harmony still, and somewhat dry palate makes this a nice sipper.

Bottle 750ml. [ As Malmö Barrique Sauvag ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, pale malt, tart, sour, funky, wine - white wine, wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, grapes, wine - white wine, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft - lively. [20150401]

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2014) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of peaches, canned fruit, citrus and spicy hints of wild yeast. Fruity, tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, green grapes, canned fruit and spicy yeast. Medium body, quite dry, with fairly low bitterness. Tasty and quite well balanced sour ale. Nice one.

Bottled at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Funky nose with hay and oak. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Vinous with hay, lemon and cobwebs. Low bitterness. Concentrated balanced flavours. Lovely!

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity sour woody tart weak citrus aroma. Fruity malty woody sour tart flavor. Has a fruity sour tart woody weak citrus finish.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Hazy, golden colour with a small, white head. Fruity aroma with yeasts, brett, hay and lemons. Taste is light sour. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and tart-fruity with bretts. Nice Sour.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, brettanomyces, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, lemons, brettanomyces, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
