Golden Ale with Chinook and Pacific Jade hops giving a lovely bitterness to quench a Summer thirst. Citrus and spicy noted from the hop balance the sweetness from the malts.

Bottle from a mate. Floral citrus and spice aroma. Mesium amber. Thick foamy white head. Medium bitter. Some sourness but predominantly spicey. Underlying malts. Light bodied. Thin. Average carbonation. Long dry astringent body. Pale Ale? More Good with US hops than APA. Decent enough.

Cask at EBF ’18, 07/08/14. Clear golden with a good sized off white head. that retains. Nose is citric peel, bread dough, lemon rind, floral hint. Taste comprises lemon rind, citric wash, straw, faint bread notes, light hop presence. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light bitterness. Ok, looks and feels good but not a great deal in the middle.

Chelmsford Summer Beer Fest. Cask. Hazy deep gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and dry. Light spice, bitter floralnes. Light citrus underneath. Light semi dry finish, bitter linger. A favourite of the bar staff, but for me a fine golden and nothingbto get excited about.

Cask at the Prince of Wales, Farnborough. Bright amber with a loose white head; aroma of traditional hops; full of flavour, with rich chewy malts, Kentish hops and marmalade; and a sharp, concentrated, herbal bitterness to finish, leaving a trace of grapefruit. An excellent, refreshing bitter.
