Tasting at Peters, Ystad, Sweden (25/11/2023) - chocolate sweet and roasted malty, getting the ginger spice, some toffee and caramel malty sweetness, some vanilla jining the ginger into the close.

Sample at Great Taste of the Midwest, 8/12/23. Dark brown, red tint. Aroma of ginger and chocolate. Taste is roast, ginger, chocolate. Thin.

Taster. Lighter than most impy stouts, almost but not quite like a barley wine. Noose is very barley wine like, too. Taste is mostly of the bottom barrel, though that's not a bad thing. Honey spice is in the background, sweetened by a hint of vanilla.
