American Wheat Beer brewed with clean ale yeast and a bunch of malted and flaked white wheat. To maximize patio crush-ability, we brewed it with fresh ground coriander, sweet dried orange peel, and a touch of citrus fruit.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet wheat, citrusy hops, coriander, light orange sweetness
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to a fine sweet to slight spicy quality; finishes with the wheat and citrus
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but some prickly spice hitting the tongue as I suspected it would
Overall: might be a good one in the Summer next to my grill or take cans fishing.
