A sour brewed with our amigos from Fidens Brewing the likes of which we could only dream of. Molten drips of sweet cherries and limes unlike anything we’ve ever seen. A nebulous of sweetness coalescing beautifully with perfectly balanced tartness.

Can 18/05/2024 Malmö May 2024 tasting at Palace Hall - sour berry cherry fruity, vibrant sour fruity, some citrus lime edge coming in, medium body, tart fruity close. Nice one.

The Ghost reminds me of a hyena on occasion. Miss that dog. Pic from my sister a few days ago. Cherry/lime. Tart. Good stuff. My buddy Ryan did a great job in the second period.
