Feed the machine a été brassée avec 20 kilos d’amandes, 10 kilos de noix de pécan et 20 kilos de cacahuètes ajoutés pendant l’empâtage. L’objectif était d’extraire l’aromatique de ces ingrédients sans les huiles. Le brassin a été enrichi en utilisant une généreuse quantité de grains torréfiés et en effectuant diverses caramélisations de malts pour lui conférer des notes gourmandes et pâtissières.

Dark brown with a creamy, beige head. Hazelnut and fudge aroma with a touch of amaretto. Tart .. almost sour overtones on a mildly sweet base. Lingering hazelnut with a hint of vanilla. Full bodied , mild carbonation. A bit of warmth at the end, but the booze stays fairly well hidden. Drinkable.

Tap.Dark brown colour with small beige head.Aroma of nuts and marmalade toasted and roasted taste good full body and warming taste interesting kind of beer mild sweet finish.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 18/04/2024 Dark sweet and roasted malty with thick opulent chocolate, great nutty notes throughout, fudge and caramel, full bodied, dark malty nutty lingering finish. Works well, lovely.
