Draught at KØ15. Smokey aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is roasted, jammy and nicely smoked. Good.

Draught, KØ15. Pours cloudy very dark brown with airy tan head. Muffled, smoky and malty aroma wi notes of malt, chocolate and liquorice. Bitter, roasty and smoky flavour, with sweetish notes of malt and chocolate and some coffee notes. Smokey aftertaste, beyond the usual sourishness. Decent.

Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Norregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Ølsnedkeren Den Sorte Kat ].Clear dark black brown color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, ash notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt, light hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150312]

Tap @ Christian Firtal, Odense. Pours Black with A small creamy head. Roast, charcoal , coffee and peated smoke. Smooth and slick. Roasted bitter finish with smoke lingering for a while.

On tap at Christian Firtal. Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of chocolate with charcoal and coffee. Sweet roasted flavour with dark chocolate and plenty of herbal hops, hints og citrus and pine. Excellent balance and pleasant drinkability

Tap@Ølsnedkeren, CPH - black pour with tan head. Roasted malty aroma and taste, chocolate, caramel, coffee, good mouthfeel. Roasted bitter finish. Nice brew!

Draft. A black beer with a lazing dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and dark bitter chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, ash, and very bitter and dark chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

Flavor is malts, peaty, licorice, caramel, dark chocolate, some coffee, some, light alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, light bitter finish with some alcohol. 040115
