SenseScape is a made up word that we think does a good job of encompassing the entirety of your various senses. Smell, see, taste, feel. The ultimate package for perceiving the world around you.

This beer was designed to satiate all of them at once, which is why we hopped it with arguably our favorite blend of hops: Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson Sauvin.

Built on a cloud like malt base, we taste notes of papaya, tangerine flesh, candied peaches and rich tropical fruit.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this orange gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, modest fine minerally carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness, slightly ripe tasting. Light cooling pine into juicy ripe citrus, a little candy fruits. Light and semi dry finish. Inoffensive but not grabbing me on any level.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen 15/09/2024 Stonefruit forward with notes of peach and mango, apricot, then some passion fruit and citrusy notes, touch of Nelson gooseberry, malty backbone with an assertive hoppy finish. Very nice.

(473ml can from 4th and 7, Toronto) Pours opaque dull yellow with a thick white head and heavy lace. Aroma of very sweet citrus and stone fruit, especially tangerine and canned peach, backbeats of mango and white wine, smooth softly bready malt underpinnings. Flavour is a bit less sweet and juicy than the nose would suggest but well-balanced, with pithy tangerines, fresh peach, melon, floral tropical fruit, lightly grassy Nelson, soft bready malt, very clean yeast, dry slightly mineral finish with floral hits and citrus oils, fairly low bitterness. Medium-bodied, soft creamy carbonation, no alcohol warmth. Excellent hop combo, it's hard to go wrong with these 3 in my books. Great DIPA.
