Citra and Mosaic is a pretty champions-league level hop combination at this point. Yes, it’s a cliché, but there’s a reason why brewers the world over keep coming back to this pairing as it just works – in the same way Lennon was supposed to meet McCartney, Chewie was supposed to co-pilot with Han, and Dre was supposed to discover Snoop, Citra and Mosaic is just one of those things that are just meant to be.

How do you elevate what is already a near perfect combination then? You bring in your Harrison, Leia, and Eminem – perfect compliments to an already perfect combination to elevate things to the next level.

Cashmere has always been a waiting in the wings kind of hop – wonderful in its own right, but really singing in harmony when paired up with some heavyweights to compliment it – End of Story does this in abundance with a high-juice, low bitterness medley of stonefruits, mango, and fresh cut citrus fruits, with a whisper of herbal rose petal complexity to boot.

Draft at Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy, tropical citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a smooth, mineral, stone fruits, juicy mango, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at Taphouse, Copenhagen (11/10/2024) - Mango and grapefruit and tangerine converge, papaya and honeydew melon, pine, sweet malty backing, touch of mosaic induced blueberry into the hoppy finish.
