BVC is an Imperial Stout aged in a blend of Laird's Apple Brandy and Willett Rye Barrels for 22 months before being blended and then finished with fresh ground cinnamon and an Indonesian/Madagascar Vanilla Bean blend and made in collaboration with our friend Doug Dozark of Cycle Brewing.

Sweetish, slightly spicy and syrupy with some hints of stingy apple brandy, cinnamon and loads of vanilla. A bit heavy slow sipper.

Bottle pour at Side Project Cellar. Black with beige head. Chocolate, spicy, cinnamon, some vanilla, some brandy. Not as good as B1, but still quite good.

Sweet roasted dark malty with lots of opulent chocolate, some caramel and fudge like sweetness, full bodied, cinnamon and vanilla coalesce with the brandy infused lingering warming finish.
