Nice light brown slightly fizzy-creamy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, roasted grain, toast, spices, burnt coffee, cocoa, dark sugar, soil, minerals, dusty licorice. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish roasted, weeds, sour-ish roasted grain, minerals, bark, burnt toast, burnt coffee, cocoa, paper, soil, alcohol, harsh hops, dusty licorice. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish roasted mouthfeel. Fair enough.
