Bottle 33 cl. Vintage 2015, 8.4%, "Bière ambrée triple". Pours a hazy amber with a creamy and lacing off-white head. Very sophisticated aroma, spicy and slightly tart, very fruity. Shared bottle at DSJT at Cardinal 08.11.15. Slightly hazy dark orange. Aroma of tropical fruits, plums, candy sugar and malt. Vinous taste of ripe tropical fruits, eaux de vie and malt. Dry. Lively carbonation.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Dark, amber colour with a thin, white head. Sweet aroma with caramel, fruits and yeasts. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes drying and fruity with caramel malts. Good.
