"Goddam Quipsters! Ruining everything with their play on words and classic Belgian style beers!" Brewed with coriander and orange peel, this witty witbier makes for perfect late summer drinking. Soft and billowy but with a herbal edge and bold repartee finish, this is one beer you should drink before the Quipsters cotton on!

On tap at Mad Squirrel, Chesham. A hazy pale amber pour with a ring of white head; aroma of bananas and cloves, so seemingly more German than Belgian; smooth and grainy in the mouth, quite sweet, with some bana, but also some orangey citrus; then a dry grainy finish. Rather good.

Keg at MS HW, 28/07/18. Murky pineapple juice yellow with a decent off white cap. Nose is bitter citric peel, lemon rind, straw, tangerine. Taste comprises sharp citric zest, wheaten bread, light spice, tangy orange, clove. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for the style ... quite a sharp citric layer.

Keg at the brewery. A milky yellow coloured pour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is nice cereal, grass light doughy wheat, some coriander seed spice. Flavour is composed of earthy cereal grains, grassy hop, spicy orange rind, straw. Palate is doughy, spicy, highish carbonation. Nice wit.
