Lager brewed with Pilsner malt and a decent amount of malted wheat, fermented with one of our favorite lager strains and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. 16oz can clear gold lots of white head. Simple grist and dough and yeast. A little soapy on the end. Creamy finish with some tannins. 6 4 6 3 11

4 oz pour on draft at B Side. Clear golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of floral notes, malt. Tastes of floral notes, malt, citrus, wheat. Light body with a dry finish. Really nice.

Draft at B Side. Poured a clear, kind of dark orange color, totally crystal clear, like a gemstone. Head was medium sized, fluffy, white. Aroma was crisp malts. A touch grassy. Crisp, slightly sweet, easy to drink.
