500 ml bottle. Unclear golden with a fluffy head. Buttery, citrussy, grassy, grainy, lemon. Dry zesty hoppy bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. Interesting take on a Wintermärzen, nicely warming and hoppy. Even a good beer for early spring.

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild grains some caramel and mild sweet floral and grassy notes. Flavour is grassy, some herbs, mild grains, sweet malts and some earth. Nice floral and grassy bitterness in aftertaste.

RitterBier Winterstoff urfränkisch, 5,5 %, Flasche per Post vom Landbierparadies. - Tief goldgelb, klar. - In der Nase kerniges, leicht keksig-karamelliges Malz, feine Zitrusfrucht und dezente herbal-hopfenwürzige Herbe. - Antrunk kernig hellmalzig mit feiner Karamel- und Keksnote, tiefer und feiner Malzsüße und milder zitrusfruchtiger und hopfenwürziger Herbe. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang noch malzig und mild hopfenherb mit feiner Orangennote. - Sehr schönes helles Märzen, malzbetont aber nicht schwer, mild aber hintergründig gehopft, mit dem gewissen fränkischen Etwas. Dunkler, angenehm mild süß-würziger Beginn. Etwas pappig, wenig herb, süffig. Konstant rund bleibend, etwas steigend würzig. Nett. 8/9/8/9/9/9

Clear medium golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, minimal lacing. Aroma toasted malts, caramel, candy sugar, straw. Taste light heavy to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel. Malty sweetbitter aftertaste, light herbal notes, medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, decent Märzen.

Bottle 0.5l at home, Nivala. BBE 10.05.16. Colour is slightly cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, grain, sweetness and malts. Not bad.

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Ritter St. Georgen Weihnachts Bier ].[ Trade by Beerhunter111 ]. Clear medium to dark yellow color with a large, frothy - creamy and open, good lacing, fully lasting, white white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, sugary malt. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150405]

Das Bier hat eine klare golde Farbe uknd eine schöne weiße Schaumkrone. geruch sehr malzig, kaum hopfig, ziemlich monoton. Geschmack kräftig malzig, scharf getreidig, kaum hopfig, trinkbar aber nichts besonderes!
