Trüb, orange Farbe. Schaumentwicklung könnte besser sein - aber das was übrig bleibt ist immerhin sehr cremig. In der Nase hat man trockenes Getreide, süßes Malz, einen Hauch Früchte und Honig. Beim Trinken fällt zuerst das süße Malz auf, dann kicken sofort Fruchtaromen rein (mir fallen hier insbesondere winzige Spuren von Zitrone und Honigmelone auf). Milde Kräuternoten ergänzen das ganze. Milchiges Mundgefühl. Anfangs glaubt man, dass da wenig bis fast keine Kohlensäure vorhanden ist. Aber das stimmt so nicht. Die Kohlensäure ist nur extrem feinperlig und stark eingebunden. Auf der Zunge und am Gaumen merkt man das nach ein paar Schlucken. Und spätestens im Magen trennen sich dann die flüssigen von den gasförmigen Bestandteilen. Fazit: Trifft nicht 100 % meinen Geschmack, aber ist gut trinkbar und hat einen eigenen Charakter.

Drożdżowe, ziołowe, delikatny chlebek na finiszu, jakieś nuty estrowe. Barwa głębokiego złota, bardzo delikatnie opalizujące, piana redukuje się do krążka, brak lacingu. Goryczka zaznaczona, ziołowa. Dość słodkie jak na kellera ale goryczka trochę to ratuje, przyciężkawe, jest ok i tyle.

Klares golden-kuferfarbenes Bier; feinporige wenig stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase süßlich, viel Karamell, etwas malzig, leicht würzig-kräutriger Hopfen; im Geschmack süßlich, Karamell, etwas helles Malz, leicht würzig, mild, glatte Textur, kaum Kohlensäure, nicht allzu aromatisch. Insgesamt nicht wirklich überzeugend, aber solide.

0.33l bottle, huge thanks F&L! Hazy deeper golden body, small off-white head. Full herbal-hoppy, lightly caramelly-malty aroma. Mildly yeasty, slightly sulfury. Sweetish, lightly rubbery taste, pleasantly malty, liiiight apple notes, lightly herbal by the finish. I see what it's doing, but I'm not that huge of a fan of the profile.

Kalea-Bieradventkalender Deutschland-Version 03.12.2024 Man bekommt ein recht einfaches ☺️ Helles mit mäßiger Trübung. Es lässt sich gut trinken da es schön süffig ist, aber die Urigkeit fehlt mir irgendwie.

Bottle picked up from Markgrafen Getrankemarkt, Plattling and consumed at home Wednesday 2nd October 2024 cooking Shepherds Pie and Steamed Cabbage for tea tonight, listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music. Another one of the Ettl rebranded beers where some of the core range are sporting a new label which I read aims to reflect a bit more where they are based such as wildlife etc in the area and as in this case another seemingly brand new beer by the looks of things. Pours light amber with a white head, a touch sweet initially and also could do with a touch more carbonation, well actually the carbonation is there initially but then disappeared rapidly, there is a pleasant maltiness but hoppiness is very subtle. All told absolutely fine but perhaps one or two tweaks.
