Taybeh Winter Lager is a seasonal winter warmer beer. Taybeh Winter Lager is a darker-copper lager with a rich and creamy mouthfeel. A blend of ginger, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves are added to the brewing process without overtaking the flavor of the brew. This is an easy drinking beer with a unique aroma and a well balanced body. Festive and explosive in flavor, this beer has a mild sweetness to the finish along with a lingering flavor of the spices.

Bottler @ home. Unclear copper golden body under an off-white head. Interesting, spicy aroma with association to the middle east kitchen. Taste is light, soft caramel malt, mild ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and hint of homey. Lots of spices where, where none really dominates, but it’s a bit overwhelming in combination with the beer itself. Nice for a few sips, but a whole bottle feels a bit too messy and too much.

Bronsjefarget med tynt off-white skum. Lukter karamell, malt og krydder. Her smaker det skikkelig med julekrydder. Nellik som det mest framtredende. Men også ingefær og kanel. Også noe honning og karamell I avslutningen.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A bubbly off-white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass, clear dark brownish coloured body. Quite inviting aromas of spiced brown malts, mid-dry, Spiced taste as well, joined by honeyed caramel. Ends rather sweet, malt driven, hints of gingerbread to it. Rather unusual, but gradually developing, taste profile. Does not feel that strong. Satisfying. (A home in Tromsø, 09.01.2025).

Bottle, clear bronze color, small stable bubbly head, aroma of clove and cake maltiness, flavor of clove, nuts, caramel and cake maltiness, light mellow sweetness, balanced and clean. Very nice.

(Bottle) Pours clear amber with tiny short-lived white head. Gentle aroma of gingerbread with herb / vegetable hints. Medium body with plenty of somewhat fizzy carbonation. Taste of ginger, cardamom, some light toffee malt. Little bitterness. Some alcohol burn. Unusual but works really quite well.
