Draught @ Fermentoren Aarhus, Norregade 24, DK-8000 Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Ølsnedkeren Bonsai IPA ].Unclear medium orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, dill. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, candy, citrus, orange, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 6 March 2015) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, resin and hints of spruce needles. Malty, hoppy taste with citrus, grapefruit, resin, crystal malt and a generous, but slightly harsh, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Tasty and well made IPA. Nice one.

Draught @ Fairbar, Århus. Pours slghtly hazy golden with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of malg, fruity hops, peach, pine needles. Flavor is malt, yeasty, messy, little harsh, strange flowery hops, spice, some pine needles. Medium body, soft carbonation, harsh and rather bitter finish. Best thing about this is that there is no dill notes. 040215

Tap @ FairBar, 6%. Hazy dark amber with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, hops, earthy, spicy, caramel and a little grapefruit. Flavour is malt, fruit, hops, grapefruit, earthy, spicy, little caramel, little sweet, little dry and bitter.

Draft. An Amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, spicy hops, and caramel, leading to a very bitter finish.

Draught at Ølsnedkeren. Patchy layer leaving solid lacing down the glass. Hazy grey-golden body. Quite inviting taste of citrus with bread-like malts behind. Fresh fruity taste of mandarin, peach and orange. Smooth bittersweet ending. Succulent and tasty. Good drinking (Copenhagen 29.11.2014).

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and solid grapefruity. Solid hoppy, fruity. Peachy and grapefruity. Lingering fruity. Bitter, crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity finish.
