Nach einem gemütlichen EInstiegsbier wollte ich weiter etwas spritziges, das aber doch auch speziell ist, das passte dieses fassgereifte Saison, das einen interessanten Übergang von leichten Saison über fruchtiges Sauerbier bis hin zum süßlichen Bockbier. Mir war es etwas zu abstrus, aber ich kann nicht sagen, dass es grauslich war, eher etwas für besondere Anlässe, zu dem man besondere Aromen probieren will.

Tap at CBF Wien. Straw body, with a medium, frothy, offwhite head. Aroma of cheesy funk, stone fruits, straw, wheat, slight spices. Tastes quite similar, but lighter, a bit watery, with a bit more spices. Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finisjes medium sweet, a bit dry, a bit spicy, moderate funky, with sweet fruits, straw. Interesting, but too light unfortunately, especially in the taste. The funk notes are really nice though.
