Cask at the CP&K, 02/07/18. Clear golden amber with a decent off white cap. Nose is sweet malts, tangerine, caramel, light breads, straw. Taste comprises light breads, melon, orange squash, hint of pineapple, faint pine, sweet malts. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with mellow hop bitterness. Needs a hop injection and when has cask really ever suited a DIPA?

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6.5

Cask gravity at Reading BF 2017. Clear amber gold colour lasting white head. Cheesy hops on the aroma. It’s a little big a little harsh Way too cheesy on the aroma. Harsh heat on the finish. No not a good beer. Out of balance . Too harsh too raw alcohol. Not good.
