The first of a series of Double Dry Hopped beers, this one dry hopped with Centennial and Columbus hops in the fermenter. The result is a burnished golden ale with aromatic notes of lemon zest and candied peel. The taste is Mediterranean fruits over a lovely malt base and a sessionable finish which is very drinkable for its ABV!

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Mallinsons DDH Blonde with a creamy head. A hoppy ale, it has a dryness, but its higher strength is only just apparent.
