As well as Lime Zest we packed this beer with New Zealand’s finest Motueka & Wai-iti and a heavy hit of Acidulated Malt in the mash. We also made the addition of Lactose to give a little more balance in the mouthfeel. The result is a big zingy Lime sensation, that drinks sooooooooo good.

On tap @ Kufle i Kapsle, Warsaw. Unclear yellow body with practically no head. Aroma is dominated by lime. Flavor is acidic fruity and quite much lime, actually a bit too much for my likinng. Refreshing, and almost like a drink, but not really my cup of beer.
On its best before date, but this is tasting great. Lovely sharp lime.

Keg @ Vocation & Co, Hebden Bridge. Cloudy yellow with a thin head. As a citrus beer, its lime is inoffensive but very evident. It's very easy to drink.

Keg at HL1, 25/05/18. Light haze on a golden blonde pour with a decent off white cap. Nose is lemon peel, subtle line zest, tangerine, light breads, airy malts. Taste comprises orange pith, melon, toasted grains, citric tinged straw, pithy citrics, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Ok easy drinking pale ... didn't pick up much lime.
