33cl bottle from the Siren Tapyard. The usual pale straw coloured pour with a loose white head and fine carbonation; citrusy aroma with more than a hint of NZ Sauvignon Blanc wine about it; a similar wine-like taste as well with a shot of lime juice, and a body that reminds me of undercooked dough balls. Clean, fresh, zesty and rather good.

Bottle at home, 03/05/18. Lightly hazed yellow to golden with a well presented white cap. Nose is lemon sherbets, on the turn melon, funky citric pith, damp cloth, straw, hint of lime, sharp orange. Taste comprises sharp citric zest, lemon tinged straw, light balsa wood, balanced acidity, damp hay, wood must, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a good puckering repost and dusted with grassy hop bitterness. Solid hopped Linner.
