Cask @ Sawyers Arms, Paddington, London. Golden-amber with a small head. A watery pale ale, it's mainly hoppy with a mild maltiness.

Cask-conditioned at the Shakespeare, Bristol 11/4/2018. Golden in colour, with a slight, white, head. Some sharp lemon fruit, a touch of citrus hop, ripe cereal malts and moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask at the Crown, Hazlemere, 24/03/18. Copper pour with a decent beige cap. Nose is earthy fruits, brown bread, straw, dusty, light malts. Taste comprises hedgerow notes, brown bread, twiggy, grains, crackers. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with modest bitterness. Average.

Pint on tap at The Waterside, Shoreham. Golden amber beer with thin white head. No carbonation. Nose is citric with a touch of malt. Laces well. Light body, light taste. Finish is malty with touches of lemon. Not particularly bitter but OK.
